Last March 3, 2012, I had the privilege of being one of the Makeup Artists at a Fashion Show entitled Ultra Vires Unmasked, held at Prive Luxury Club at the Fort, co-sponsored by Make Up For Ever and Maquillage Professionel.
ULTRA VIRES: UNMASKED (A fashion campaign for Anti-VAWC or violence against women and their children) sponsored by MAKE UP FOR EVER and Maquillage Professionnel.
There were two parts to the show. The first part was where the members of Anti-VAWC modelled and the second part where professional models walked the runway wearing the creations of several Designers.
We were given at least 2 models per MUA, our peg was Natural Beauty, however, since there were runway lights and a Fashion Show set-up, we had to make the peg a little more intense.
It was really busy during the preps so I wasn't able to take too many photos.

It was a wonderful experience for me, meeting other MUAs and working with them. I'm looking forward to more events, I'm very much excited and it is a wonderful learning experience for me.
